Is a 1998 Yamaha 200 2 stroke any better than a 1991?

Other than the obvious age factor, is a 1998 any significantly different/better than 1991? I'm actually comparing my current 1998 S115TRW (saltwater) to a 1991 200 2 stroke (not sure exact model at this point).

My 115 runs very well, but I'd like to jump up to a 200. Looking a used boat with a nice running 200 that I could do a swap on.

I just bought a 1998 Hurricane 201 deck boat with the 115 on it, and I spent hours reading posts on this forum to sort out a few minor issues. This forum was a fantastic find!

The current owner said he put a new computer on it about 2 years ago, so that is one thing off the list of older parts I'd worry about.
