1995 90 hp Yamaha 2 stroke wiring question

Hi all,

I am hoping I can get some help with a wiring problem I have with my 1995 Yamaha 2 stroke outboard. This engine was taken off my ski boat and re-installed on my houseboat. Alone the way two wires that did not need to be disconnected were and now I dont know what to connect them to. The two wires are inside the engine compartment and exit the ten pin harness about two inches from each other, they are both black and I believe they connect to the starter relay. I have tried to upload a picture that shows the wires. If I connect the number two wire to one of the relay terminals the engine spins over ok. I would be happy to send photos to anyone who can help me re-connect these. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
