02 YAMAHA F115txra cleaned fuel system and still doesnt run right.

i have cleaned the vst, sent out the injectors to be cleaned and tested, changed the fuel element filter, spark test, compression test.the engine will fire up and actually try to run now that the injectors where serviced. but it still isnt running right. after running for about 30 sec the engine drops rpm then struggles to stay running. it usually dies. i can increase the rpms n she runs pretty good but as soon as i put it in gear it dies unless i give it more throttle. im kinda stuck. dont know what to go after next. im thinking timing or valves just because i know spark n compression are good as well as the fuel system. I dont get it. Anyone Help?

Did you check the fuel pressure at the injector rail?

Yes pressure at the fuel rail is a constant 42 psi.

probably need to get it hooked up to a computer to see what is going on, TPS or some other sensor is out of wack is my guess
