Recently purchased a 2000 Fisherman CC 180.

This particular configuration has two Pedestal Swival/slide seats mounted to a raised Live well.


Has anyone replaced this configuration with a bench style live well / seat with adjustable back?

Has anyone replaced the seat swivel slide mechanisms and if so with what brand hardware.


I have little mechanical experience so I am looking for a quick fix as the seats are hard to swival and or slide.
