    Default thermo housing

i've been fighting engine temp on my vp 4.3gl pefs not coming up to normal for a couple of years. i kept pulling the thermometer and cleaning it. finally decided to change the thermostat housing this year. wow what a difference it made with my temp. the old housing didn't look that bad but when comparing it next to the new one i could see plenty of wear around the thermo seat. now my temp goes up to at least 140 and stays there. hope this is helpful to some that have the same problem.
