Fuel tank access - 2000 Larson 33 cabrio

Have the above boat with twin 7.4 mpi (I have been told it being mpi is new for this model at the time?)
Issue now is with fuel delivery on starboard motor, hear it gasping and occasional sputter backfire. Read posts here about checking anti-syphon but I can not figure out where I would access tanks or where they are. Boat is new to me so I am in the dark. Also hear some whining coming from the pump so I guess this is indicative of the pump being bad? Is it possible to purchase fuel pump from local automotive places or does the fuel pump need to marine version. At first glance VP fuel pump price seems very high, and there are two pumps low and high?

Follow the fuel hose from the engine to the tank, the hose hooks to the anti siphon valve.

Noisy pumps are normally caused by air.
