Default Towing Dinghy with Dolly Questions

Hi. I purchased a 9' Aquapro dinghy last year and I am finding that is a pain to take it deflated out of the back of the truck and drag it down to the water. It is hard to do alone! It has a hard transom on the back that the motor attaches to so I am wondering if anyone can suggest a dolly type device or wheels that can be attached for easier maneuverability? I really don't want to spend a fortune on the device however, it needs to be rugged enough to go through sand. Also, do you find it easier to store your dingy inflated? I want to be able to throw it in the back of the truck and go, however, I worry that varments (rats, possums, squirrels) might want to chew on it, when not in use! Does anyone have any storage ideas?Thank you for your advice in advance!!

I have a 10' Walker Bay that weighs about 125 lbs so it is way too heavy to carry down to the beach, I mounted a large set of inflatable wheels on the transom .I made a 'false' transom out of plywood, using bolts that went through the actual transom, so I attached the wheels to the plywood, and the plywood to the transom using longer bolts in the holes already there. That way I didn't have to drill holes in the actual transom that weren't already there.

i keep mine inflated, leaning on the north side of the shed, so the sun doesn't hit it.

If you keep it deflated and folded up for a long period of time you will find at some point it will tend to dry rot and leak air at the folds. The best way to store it is to inflate it but not as much as if you were in the water. Get the big wrinkles out but not so tight that it will expand to much in the heat.
