just picked up a T517c 18ft

can anyone tell me anything about the 18ft t517c I just picked up, it came with a 100hp mercury on it, we have got to rewire it from end to end as the PO attempted it and butchered the wiring they had taken up the factory seats and installed swivel fishing seat which they ran the bolts for straight thru the hull so I am going to start by removing them and patching the holes and building decent seats

please note in the pick of the transom the metal plate was for a small trolling motor which i plan to remove the plate and patch the holes.
