1989 Searay 200 CC - back to back seats replacement

Wonder if anyone has had any success with replacing the back to back seats on this type of boat (I believe the seats are similar from 16 foot to 23 foot for most models in the late 1980's early 1990's). Mine are just so rotten, both the wood and the vinyl and foam. I understand SeaRay does not stock or make seats anymore for this model year.

I looked at the Wise branded seats as a generic replacement, but I think they dont really do the boat justice. It looks like a cheap fix (no offense to Wise, they just dont match the trim/styling/quality of the SeaRay). I would like to keep the blue carpeted pedestal and just replace the seats, the track is in great shape so I could keep that if needed. The picture shown is my seats.

I dont dare take it to my upholstery shop, they will make it a "career" job and charge big $$. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with seats from say a newer SeaRay model with similar seats or another aftermarket source.

When you see the cost of new seats, you will probably find that an upholstery shop wouldn't be too bad of an option.
