I have a Johnson 40VRO Model J40ELCD on my 1989 Bass Tracker. What year was the Motor Made?<br /><br />Thanks

It is a 1986 model, Gary, though it may have been manufactured in 1985.<br /><br />Good luck. :)

Thanks for the information. I see that the CD code is 1986. I am really surprised that a 1986 Motor is on a 1989 Boat.
