i have seen it don but havent don it .drill a hole in the water jacket cover and thread it for a fitting for a hose . while runnin it hold finger on block at top if you cant hold it there to a 3 count it is gitting to hot .you may have the key in the water pump slip out . there should be a hot horn in your controle or a light .that will come on when it gits to hot . you can test it by shorting the wire that goes to the block switch it is a tan wire . papasage

Toward the top of #1 cylinder, and just behind the intake bypass cover there is a small soft plug. Drill a 1/8" hole in the center to pry it out. You can then tap this hole to 1/8" pipe thread, you don't even have to drill this hole out, Use a 1/8" pipe nipple which is the standard size for the tell-tale. Drill a hole in the lower motor pan for the discharge hose. The whole job should'nt take half an hour.
