I have a 1995 130hp Evenrude on a Seaswirl Walkaround. I can not shift into forward gear. No bad noise and reverse and neutral works fine. It's like the lever is in a bind.
Have you had the lower unit off??<br />If the shift linkage gets connected backwards, with the goose neck facing rearward, it can put a bind on the shift linkage.
