Welcome to iboats and yes it can.<br /><br />There was a special tool available thet screwed down into it and pulled it out. If you are unable to find a dealer that has one, you can drill a couple of tiny holes in it and screw a couple of tiny screws into them to help pry it out with a wire cutter. Try real hard to collect the drillings because any that fall inside are likely to damage the bearing. And be real careful not to damage the aluminum around it or the magneto plate won't turn freely.
