Shift Rod???

Below is an ad that I saw today. Looks like a good deal although it really depends on how much it would cost for a new shift rod. Anyone have any idea? Shift rod shouldn't be too much and it just screws in. Unless they are talking about the linkage at the powerhead. Better jump on that deal fast before someone else does.
