While running full throttle, the engine usually runs around 36 mph. Now, at full throttle, it will run at 36 mph and then drop to 25 mph. It will do this continously while at full throttle. It will crank and idle good. You can hear the change in the engine when it changes between speeds. Thanks for any help.
