Hi I have a 1990 Johnson 25 horse with a manual prime valve.I think this valve is suppose to prime the cylinder w/fuel when you push in on the key.i can hear the cylinder clicking.There is fuel spurting out one of the outlets on this valve.the other oulet has a hose and runs to the carb (top side) and into the crank Case.The engine runs graet after started as long as it doesnot sit long.I tjink the fuel in draining down to this valve and the valve cant prime the engine.Does this make sense and can antone give tips on what to do and how to check.Thanke Hugh
