I cold start the engine with the throttle up and choke it .The bulb is pumped. It starts, then idles real fast and dies just as fast. I pulled off the engine cover and tried to start it. I noticed gas spurting out the top from a closed red bleed switch on top of the card. Is there something clogged in the carbs? What does this sound like? Thank You in advance for any advice.
