Check the compression and spark. Compression should be approx 100+ and even on all cyls. Spark, with s/plugs out, should jump a 7/16" gap with a strong blue lightning like flame (a real strong wide snap!).<br /><br />If the above checks out okay, the problem is usually fouled carburetors. If so, clean and rebuild them with complete kits.
