Electric tilt not working. Where do you start to find trouble area? All fusing & wiring looks good; battery charged; engine starts & runs... just no tilt working. Is it hydraulics?

Do you hear any clicking sound from the tilt/trim relays under the engine cover when the T/T switch is actuated?
