fuel mixture for Evinrude 15 hp

I recently was given an Evinrude 15hp motor Model# E15RCEC, SN: R 08220702. I need to know what fuel mixture to use.

The ( CE ) in your model number says it is a 1989

so that would use a 50:1 mix.
