I recently discovered that my newly purchased Evinrude has a cracked "bolt hole." It is the small bolt to the "front" of the motor (not the large 2 side bolts). It appears that it was once over tightened and cracked half of the hole off from the casting. I was wondering if anyone else encountered this problem and how was it over come. I know it appears that the other two are the ones that are critical and that this bolt simply prevents the starter from moving. Thanks for any help.
