Pull the switch out of the handle. There will be 3 wires, Red, Blue, Green. Check for 12 volts d.c. from red to ground. If not, under the consol is a plug connecter. If it's not pulled apart, pull it apart and do the same test at the plug lead in side. If you have power there, then the wire chafed and opened between there and the control switch, (very common), or the switch is bad. To check the switch, place leads on red and green. You should see less then 12 volts. Then move the switch to the down position, should read near zero. Repeat for the up position, ( red to blue )<br /><br />If not, trace wire back to the relay control box.
