I've had this boat now for three years and every year it's the same thing. After winter when I'm ready to start the boat I can't get it started. I know it's electrical but I can't find it. So I bring it to the marine mechanic, he plays with the wires and a bit, runs a few test on it, tell me it's an electrical problem. Then, as if by magic and $300.00 later, it starts running. I spray all electrical components with contact cleaner and it seems to keep it running. But how can I get this engine to start now that winter is over, and I really don't want to wait 2 weeks, $300. later. Is this a common problem with the old evinrudes? Is there a paricular wire I need to look for? Help!!!
