I puchaced a 1985 9.9 evinrude outboard after rigging on my small fishing boat and starting it there was no water comming from or out of the water hole. I replaced the impeller and housing and still no water pumping. Any advice

Use a small wire and probe through the pee hole. It's probably stuck with debris.
