Part Identification

While waiting another couple of days for my manuals to get here, I was wondering how you put a picture up on here. I have a part on my motor that I'm clueless about and was hoping someone could ID it for me. The picture is saved in a document folder and isn't on a page with a URL. I see no way to add an attachment.

For those that may be interested, the picture showed the smaller of two plastic pieces that form the manual starter lockout assy. The rear portion, being the actual hook that would grab and lock the manual starter is missing. That left the smaller portion doing absolutely nothing.
