Hello Everyone,<br />I'm a first time boat owner of a 1990 Seaswirl with a Evinrude V4 90hp engine. I tested the engine today and all went well, I thought. The only thing I noticed is that the engine is not in neutral as it was before start up When placed in the neutral zone. The screw is turning when the throttle is advanced and at this point I don't even know if I'm getting it to go in reverse. any help please.<br /><br />Thank's<br />Jack
