oil/gas ratio and year

I have a "1980?" evinrude 15hp outboard. I want to know what the manufacture's sugested oil/gas ratio is. i also need to know the year the model number is E15ECSD

CS in the model number indicates it's a 1980. Fuel:eek:il mix is 50:1 87 octane gas to TCW-3 rated outboard oil.
