I have a 95 Johnson 130 and the power trim/tile needs to be topped off (I hear air in the system).
Do you just fill it from the top, till it is full? Or is there a screw at the bottem, like the lower unit, where I need to fill the unit?
What fluid should I use? Reading the comments in this forum I see that there are various types of fluids used. Anything from 10w-40 motor oil to tranny fluid. Which is right for me? Thanks

wuzafed,

OMC/Bombardier have a tilt/trim fluid.

There is only one fill screw, on the top as you described.

Fill it up, (with engine up) cycle it up and down about two times. Repeat.

Be sure to let the trim motor cool between cycles.
