Tiller handle

Coming up short.If anybody has a tiller handle for a 1957 18hp Evinrude please let me know.I have presently contacted all of the stores in my area with no luck.I am also trying to get the right spark plugs. The motor calls for J6J Champions. If anyone knows a crossreference that would apply,that would be great.Thanks
