I had this boat(Javelin F/S) with 110 John, hp give to me for Christmas. Both are 1988 model. I put the boat in the water last night, it started up fine with warm up W/O backed down the lever engine cut out, couldnt get it to fire up again, Engine backfired and then set a nice size fire on the water. I suspect I flooded the motor. I notice the carbs leak fuel. Can anyone point me in a direction for possible repair

You will have to look over all hoses, and connectors. With the airbox cover removed pump the fuel bulb, and see if fuel runs out of any of the carbs. If it does, clean carbs, and put in new kit's. Also watch all hose's, and connectors when you sqeese the bulb.

Thanks for the response, I inspected the carbs a bit further, after about the third squeeze on the ball a good bit of fuel flows out of both carbs. Looks like its carb re-build time???

yep time to soak those rascals and install a good kit. You can get them at your local napa store.
