power tilt and trim unit for a 1977 75hp evinrude leaks fluid while sitting in garage. Kit no. 172859 . I assume there are seals in the lift cylinders. Can I make the repair with the tilt and trim unit on the boat? How about special tools? Thanks in advance for any help.
