I have been researching on adding a PT&T unit to a 1991 Evinrude 40 I just got. I have looked at the aftermarket stuff and I don't care for it. All of the trim units I find list them for use on 60-225 hp models, now if all motors above 40 hp after 1985 have the standard BIA Mounting holes to mount the motor to the boat wouldnt the 60-225 model PT&T work correctly?
