I got this motor from a friend and someone has put a new head on. It has great spark and good compression. I have checked out under the flywheel and every thing seems o.k. When I try and start it it just pops and spits back at me. I have a partial manual for it, I checked out the wiring schematic and it seems o.k. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
