I have a Johnson 115, I don't know the year but the model number is J115TLCM. The trim only would go up and not down. I removed a screw on the left, pulled the valves and springs and releaved the pressure on the back valve. Installed everything. Now I get nothing no up, no down, but the motor runs. I think I'm vapar locked, can anyone help
