I have rebuilt the carb but there are no adjustments on the carb. Where can I set the idle settings. The motor runs great using the lever on the side of the carb but I cannot get the tiler handle to work right when cranking

tdr9499, this might be a good time to purchace a manual if you don't have one. I don't think the carb section on this link would cover the tiller, but I can get you a link to manuals... http://www.boatmotors.com/manuals.html
