Synthetic 2 stroke oil and Calif laws?

Who is/has run synthetic 2 stroke oils and what have their results been (good, bad, indifferent)?<br /><br />What impact, if any, might this have on the leagilty of using a 2 stroke engine in the police state of confusion otherwise know as the People's Republic of Kalifornia??<br /><br />Here's one brand in particular that I intend to be using (no, this is not an ad or spam...but a genuine question).<br /><br /> http://redlineoil.com/redlineoil/twocycti.htm#WIO <br />or their Super Clean version:<br /> http://redlineoil.com/redlineoil/twocycti.htm#SCTCO <br /><br />The thing that gets me is that this stuff is biodegradeable and the argument could be made that as long as you're running this stuff along with fuel that doesn't have MTBE (which I might add, was the same politico's solution to emission problems previously) then you may actually have a pretty low emission rig.<br /><br />Comments, insults, and a sharp stick in the eye gladly accepted.<br />-ANT
