i just got a 50 horse evinrude from a neighbor, it has been sitting in the up position for about 2 years. He said when he was using it , it ran good, now i took it out the other day and it started good but barely moved, but when i held down the choke it planed out but still sputtered a little bit. im not sure where to start on the carbs to see whats wrong.
