what do you have to do to this motor to make it into a 15 hp?ive heard its in the carb. and or prop...

Hi Spark,<br />As I understand it you have to change the carb. A simple task.

Spark,<br />Some folks think it's just a different sized high speed jet that make the difference between the 9.9 and 15, not so. It's the carb itself. The 9.9 carb has a smaller throat. The props are the same.
