I have an Evenrude 9.9 long shaft, the numbers are 104245 (S?) and E0008351, I wonder where I can locate the year of the motor so I can get the right manual to fix my leaky carb. It has a leak at the choke.<br />Thanks for any assist on this one.

9.9 10R74, 10RL74, <br />10E74, 10EL74 10424, 10425, <br />10454, 10455 13.2 cu.in. = 216.3 ccm
