ok when i try to shift from nuteral to forward have a hard time the throttle doesn't open all the way is ther something brokr or is there something to adjust thanks for the help the motor runs fine
Hello, i have 1985 Rude and when in netural it wont go faster than a good idle, a safety featureI think so u dont over rev. the motor.. now it wont go into gear easy, i turn my gas to dead slow and then put it netural, then set it to fast idel position..if you dont idle fast enough let us know .. please more info year and model .. jon
well i just put the motor on the muffs i looked to see what was the hold up it was the shifting bracket was loose now it works like a champ its a 1974 evin it does have that saftey feature for the idle it may not be set right now but its fixed i think
