I have a 2hp evinrude, E2RCOC, which I believe decodes to an '85. There is evidence of oil leakage on the downtube from the powerhead. I'm wondering if this is normal? Perhaps a buildup of the fuel that leaks out of the carb when the motor is tilted? I'm not talking about the oil marks below the exhaust relief, it is above that.<br /><br />Thanks.
