1987 Evinrude Vro 90hp 4 cyl. The 1&3 pistons will not spark and I know the power packs are OK because I switched them around and cleaned the conections.

Stator, timer sensors, wires, ignition coils.

A wire slipped under the stator from a previous job (replaced the regulator/rectifier) so the stator wasn't seated properly
