Hi:

I have a 1959 Glaspar Trident with a 1959 50hp Super Seahorse motor. I have had this boat for several years and It always had a pretty quick hole shot. However, it now takes some time getting on plane and the top end may be a bit slower. Some folks tell me its electrical. It has a new coil and the plugs are new as of last year. ANy advice would help.

Thanks!!

Daron

Take a look at the spark plugs. They should all look exactly the same. If not, you may have a cylinder that is not getting the correct amount of fuel.

It then is a carburetion issue.
