'87' Evinrude 35HP, bad gasket
I have a 1987 35HP evinrude. I know where the bad gasket is I just don't know the name of the part to order it. If you are standing facing the back of my motor, it is the gasket on the right side of the head between the block and a square shaped plate. At low rpm's it will cough and water and exhaust come out around that plate. If someone knows the name, or even better, the part #, that would be great. Also if anyone knows what to tourque those bolts to, and should I use gasket sealer when installing? Answers to any of my questions would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks!
