im having a problem getting the engine to pull fuel from the carbs. i checked the bowls and there all full.i checked fuel pressure and it seems to be getting good fuel pressure.i sprayed quick start around the out side areas to make sure there is no vaccum leaks.i had all 3 carbs off and cleaned the jets . theres a screw in the front of the carb and i dont know where its suppost to be set. the engine will run when you spray quick start. any info will be greatly appreciated.
