I have a Johnson 4hp outboard motor, model 4870E, that has not been run in about 10 years and I would like to get it going. It should be about 30 years old. It is in perfect shape and was likely run dry of gas the last time it was used. I need to know the proper gas/oil mixture and any maintenance procedures I should take before trying to start it up.
