I can get a Johnson QD 22 head, I was wondering if it was the same as a 10022 evinrude head ... both are 61 vintage, ten horse motorsmy instincts say YES but my wallet says MAKE SURE, lolthanks!
Hello Ray.The QD22 and the 10032 are one and the same.I am not sure that the 10022 is the same as the 32.Seems like it should be simular to the QD21.But my feeling is that there is no difference between the 1960 and the 1961 models.Wait for a Steelspike caliber answer and take it from there.
hiya mops!the 10022 is a 61, and the ad for the QD 22 said it was a 61, I didnt double check the age of the Johnson but I assumed it was the same as the 10022, both 22, lol, eh, its a cheap enough gamble, sure looks the samethanks mops!
Doh!I took herself out for dinner, and came back to find out I lost the bid by FIFTY STINKIN CENTS GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRRRRRRRah well, someone else will dig one out of a barn soon, pull the rope and have it break into a dustball, and viola, more parts for sale, lol
lol, dammit, I was so aggravated that I confused the spelling of an overblown violin with the classic voila, ah well, I also cant seem to locate a whole fuel pump for the 67 33 horse, rebuilt kits out my piehole, but nothing in a whole piece unitand its so pretty ... just begging to make clouds of smoke and spray, lolThat dual control is a pretty piece too, its brand new with brand new ends still in the bag, you really cant make gradual turns by easing one engine faster and the other slower? yanno, like the party boat guys do?
jeeze mops, you know those single controls go for 60 - 75 bucks, how could you let a NOS dual controller go by, I couldnt believe my eyes ...especially for under a hundred bucks!!!!of course, when it got here it was jammed and the divider between the shifts was bent ... grrrr ... so I took it apart and fixed it up, but its NEW inside, I dont know how it got messed up, except by kicking around for 35 years ... paint and plastic is like new, its gotta be new ... the guy packed it in ten tons of peanuts (in a beer case, lol, LOTS of peanuts)
