1973 50hp evinrude fuse size???

I recently aquired this motor and the fuse is blown that gives juice to the starter from the key. it is a short fuse. i need to know what size and type of fuse this is. any help???

I can't find the value of it anywhere but it should be stamped on the base.<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty

do not have the old fuse.

6-amp. Hard to find. Use a long fuse of same amperage and tape it up.
