WSF.... Have the engine in the extreme tilt up position. Remove the reservoir fill screw from the reservoir on the starboard side of the PTT unit. Fill the reservoir to the point where it just starts to overflow. Replace the fill screw and be sure that the "O" Ring is still on that screw. That's it.
