Just got my motor 1990 175 XP V6 Evinrude back from the shop where they rebuilt the carbs. On the first run, the motor bucked past 2000 RPMs, ran fine below 2000 RPM. Later that day, the motor ran great at 4500 RPMs, but suddenly started sputtering after 15 minutes. Backed it down to 2000 and limped home. Plan on changing the plugs and water/fuel separator. Any other suggestions--Also, what are the best plugs for this motor. I run fast, then troll. Thank you
